OVERVIEW
Northern Lights is another name for Aurora Borealis; it is a name that does not describe the company's industry or nature. Not able to rely on hinting at the company's business, the identity needed to be highly unique and striking. As such, the identity created for the company is based on a literal portrayal of Aurora Borealis, albeit stylistically represented. The image was then reinterpreted to create variations of the same idea, as shown in the business cards above.
